Installed my new A.C and furnace.
Our Althoff technician, Justin, did a great job doing our annual inspection of our furnace and water heater. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate his insight and recommendations. I would highly recommend Althoff for HVAC needs.

Very efficiently did the maintenance and went over everything. Did exhaustive search for cause of high CO. The technician was quite spectacular. I can't praise all aspects of this service call enough

Very impressive
Our heat was faltering on one of the coldest days of the winter. After speaking with an associate, I received a text of a photo and the name of a technician who would be at my house within the hour! The biographies of the techs are a nice touch, and adds to the safe, non-threatening vibe. While I wasn't planning to sign up for the maintenance service, it ended up being the right fit for us. Michael walked me through the pros and cons, and we are very happy with both our decision to join, and our toasty warm house! Thank you, Althoff, and thank you, Michael!
