Althoffs (Christian) explained that I had to have the water shut off for the building on the date he is coming. He was prompt and patient as he explained the process.
Exceptional craftsmanship and very pleasant to work with! Shawn and his crew worked very hard, went above and beyond to do great work. I felt as though they were doing this install in their own home. It was that good! Jeff, who coordinated the project, was also exceptional to work with!
