We've been subscribed to Althoff going on our second year, and we're just a little over two years in our house. I feel all around like a more responsible homeowner just by using their services.
Every tech is courteous, comes across knowledgeable, and I can tell just by the conversations I have with them that these are people who are happy with their line of work.
The recommendations are usually made immediately after I've being shown the issue. Such as, a leaking assembly, picture snapped and brought to my eye level. I don't think I've had a tech yet that seems bothered that I follow and ask questions; we're new homeowners and I feel like I should be asking questions.
While we don't have the $ all the time to do the recommended repairs, we feel like it's worth staying subscribed to get the annual inspections to help us keep a finger on the pulse.
We just did our air conditioning and furnace replacement through Althoff and it looks immaculate. Works as expected. We feel safe with this company backing the install. Aside from some unexpected nuances with financing, we are generally pleased and will likely do future replacements and installs with them.
Teo was professional, persistent, and successfully resolved our electrical issue. He identified a serious safety hazard left behind by the previous homeowner—something that could have had devastating consequences if it hadn't been caught. We are incredibly grateful to Teo and the entire Althoff team for their expertise and dedication. They may have truly saved our home—and our lives.
