I'm updating my previous review, which was also five stars but given the time elapsed and the continued high level of service and quality that this company has provided me with over the years, I thought it was appropriate to update.
I've been with Althoff for about five years, and I've moved three times and every time I've needed assistance or a new install, Althoff has never wavered in their ability to provide best in class service at a great price. Ryan B. in sales, is the very best. His knowledge, dedication to clients and commitment to doing things the right way is incomparable. The management team all the way to Tod Althoff have built an incredible organization that focuses on a client's first approach, which is visible across every level of the organization, from the moment someone picks up the phone to assist you, until the point a technician arrives at your house. The professionalism and commitment to doing things the right way all the time is very difficult to find and more difficult perhaps to attain at a consistent level, but Althoff and team have mastered this. I am very appreciative of the support and partnership. Althoff is the best!

Really nice man, Manny, did our annual HVAC heating service. Much more thorough than other companies, well explained, no pushy sales pitches and welcome back anytime. Refreshing difference to so many other companies
