I've been an Althoff customer for many years and have consistently received very timely, uniquely responsive, highly professional and most courteous service.
The latest routine check-up visit by Alex was no exception. Alex has been the reporting Service Technician at my home on more than one occasion and is always incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional, even when dealing with my yapping dogs! He definitely knows his way around the technology and performs the check-ups with timely efficiency.
Bottom line, Althoff and Alex provide me a sense of confidence and security. What more could I ask?

I busted a water pipe to my washing machine trying to remove an enclosure and of course it was after I got home from work, so later in the night! Althoff had a Tech available and was at my house and had it fixed pretty quick. Todd was super friendly and helpful to point out other issues winthin the area that needed to be addressed. It was all previously done DIY as I have not owned the house for long. When water won't stop flowing Althoff is the company to call! Thank you

After calling several HVAC companies who couldn't help us, we called Althoff out because our on demand boiler stopped working. It was determined it was not worth repairing. They recommend a Navien Combi Boiler which replaced our 12 yr old hot water heater and the 8 yr old radiant heater. The installer and service people were very professional and great people to work with. They did very neat work reorganizing plumbing from the old units. The new unit had a problem with the circuit board which they replaced with a new one. Very happy to have found them.
