Expert and thorough annual service for my Trane HVAC unit.
I recently switched to Altoff Services to do my annual A/C and Heater maintenance. They came this week to do the A/C. they did a thorough job in testing my A/C's cooling efficiency. they tested refrigerant levels.They removed the outside unit's shroud and thoroughly cleaned the unit. This was the first time anyone did that. I was very happy with the work they did.
Althoff repairman advised me of a problem with my a/c.
He gave me some options for repair and the cost estimates. They even sent another man to offer quotes for a whole system replacement. i appreciated the options with no pressure.
Michael Bombick, he came out today and replaced the sump pump and back up system. He was absolutely professional, kind, caring, attentive and explained everything with details of all my options!
