Brian was awesome! But let me start with the beginning. AC goes out, I'm familiar with these systems enough to know it's not something I can handle, so I get a recommendation from my neighbor. She tells me to call Althoff, so I get online and see that I can book an appointment online, this is win #1. Win #2, not only is the booking process seamless, it's fast and simple. Win #3, on a Sunday, I get a confirmation of appt confirmation. Win #4, the next morning, I get another confirmation and some info about how much the diag will be. Win #5, I get a notification WITHIN the schedule window telling me Brian is on the way, and as a bonus it also tells me about his qualifications, experience and some personal hobbies, etc (this is a remarkable feature) ARE YOU STILL WITH ME? Win #6, he arrives minutes later, professional, wears booties, effortlessly diagnosed the issue, put up with the tight squeeze next to the fence and came prepared with the parts. WELL DAMN! Now here's the thing, I know I'm paying a pretty penny for a $20 part, but honestly, the customer experience, Brian's professionalism and my cold air is all worth it. THANK YOU Brian and Althoff!
