Mark Matheson is a fantastic Service Technician. Extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Was even great with our shelter dog! Jeff Miller did a great job getting Mark out to our house promptly. Kept us in the loop during the whole process.

Althoff employees are very trustworthy. Luckily I have not had to call for an emergency. They come out twice a year for heating and air - whoever comes - they are very kind and helpful. I would recommend Althoff's to everyone!

Technician suggested that I use a different filter that would provide better airflow than the filter currently in place. I noticed the difference that day - much improved! Thank you for the suggestion!
Installed a new HVAC system replacing the original unit. Unit was completely installed and old unit removed in less than 7 hours. Very happy with the two man team that were very professional and courteous. They took the time to review all of the equipment and advanced thermostat systems. Helped set up cloud remote access and connect to the internet. Sales staff is courteous and professional.
