They were able to get me in last minute when my air went out. They got the parts quicker than expected and they fixed it quickly. Ryne was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them.
Repairmen were very courteous. They explained what was needed for my AC and made the repair. They also explained what would be needed for an additional question I had about my unit.

Very pleased with the service and quality we have always received from Althoff's for all things electrical, plumbing and HVAC. The technician who repaired our AC was friendly, professional and on time. We won't call anyone but Althoff's. Period.
Our air conditioning went out at 4:30 and a technician, Craig, was at our office at 5:30. Totally awesome response and by 5:45 our a/c was working again! We continue to be total fans of Althoff. Best wishes to them and to Craig.
