Althoff replaced my malfunctioning furnace. The company impresses me with the overall professional manner in which things are done. The office calls or notifies me when or if something changes. I get text messages with a photo and some background on the technician that will be assigned to my service call. The technicians have all been very professional. The HVAC technician normally provides a business car, uses shoe covers inside my home, are well equipped with tools and test equipment and they know how to use them. I have found them to be knowledgeable of the HVAC equipment that I own. In the case in of my replacement furnace the service technician measured my home to ensure that the equipment options he identifies are sized correctly for my home. He explained the differences between the options. Fortunately for me the replacement furnace was able to be scheduled for the day after my wife and I decided which option to install. The installing technician was very competent and respectful of my home. It appeared to be a big job to me, the new furnace was a different physical size. He overcame the challenges and we now have a new furnace that is working well.
