The technician was outstanding! He had looked up the repair history for our house before arriving and was aware of our two different a/c systems. The issue was with an a/c air handler suspended in a cramped attic that was seemingly leaking and was causing damage to walls, moulding and wood floors on two floors. He persisted until he found a crack in a pvc elbow, recreated the section (very custom), replaced it and then wrapped insulation around it. He could not have been more professional, informative or effective. Terrific service from start to finish!

He promptly diagnosed the issue and explained the next steps. This is the kind of experience I'm looking for as a homeowner whenever an issue arrises. Rob was very professional and did a great job replacing heating ducts that had been removed. He took the time required to do the job really well. I would definitely use them again. Excellent customer service from Jeff Miller who bid the job and provided follow up. Highly recommend.
