Althoff technicians are simply the best! Scott, Todd and Teo were exceptional to work with. The job was completed professionally and per the SOW/quote. The team was courteous and made it a point to keep me apprised of progress. I plan to use Althoff for all my future home service projects. Thank you!
It was just a plumbing inspection but the Althoff guy found a simple but serious problem with the water heater exhaust pipe- it could have caused a disastrous fire. He fixed it in minutes at no extra charge. Are we happy we had the inspection?!?!

Extremely pleased with responsive service. I was advised immediately that I could have a carbon monoxide leak in basement and that I needed it fixed that day. Representative was right and prevented a very serious issue. Thank you for being aware of our safety first!

We had a new HVAC system installed. The process was AMAZING. So easy and such amazingly professional employees. I cannot recommend them enough; would truly use them over and over again. Could not be more pleased with the entire process; Dave and Ryan truly made this such a seamless experience!
