Professional to say the least. Arrived on time, did a great job, went over and above expectations. And the company responsiveness and follow through was a delightful experience. The workers took pride in their job and customer service. Highly recommend them; they cover the Chicago area, including downtown.

I enjoyed the ability to track the progress of my electrician to my house. Chris McInerney was the electrician assigned to do my repair. He showed up on time. He was very friendly, personable and efficient. I will ask for him if I need any future electrical work done. I feel the $270 charge for the first hour was a little high though. I requested a quote for installing 2 light switch timers and was quoted over $1,000 for a job that would take Chris about 30 minutes to complete. I found the timers at Home Depot for $77 each and free delivery. Programming was mentioned in the quote...I can do the programming. So all in all the company does quality work but at a very high price.
