Justin could not have been more thorough. Our furnace is clearly operating more efficiently. He was clear about what he was working to do and explained everything. It's worth being an Althoff member for comp services like these.
Altoff provided a 5-star HVAC maintenance service experience. A special shout out to the service technican, Brian, who did a very thorough inspection and meticulously cleaned-up after himself as he moved from air handler to air handler changing the filters and pads.
Althoff does an exceptional job of assessing the issue at hand and then quickly fixing it. Carl is always incredibly professional, knowledgeable and makes sure that my problems are fixed perfectly before he leaves. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Our heat was faltering on one of the coldest days of the winter. After speaking with an associate, I received a text of a photo and the name of a technician who would be at my house within the hour! The biographies of the techs are a nice touch, and adds to the safe, non-threatening vibe. While I wasn't planning to sign up for the maintenance service, it ended up being the right fit for us. Michael walked me through the pros and cons, and we are very happy with both our decision to join, and our toasty warm house! Thank you, Althoff, and thank you, Michael!
