I have always thought.."I can clean my own furnace". I'm very handy so I never hired anyone. Had some furnace problems last year so I hired althoff this yr. Glad I did!! The tech discovered partly blocked flu from a nest. Could of caused a fire or carbon monoxide issue. I had it removed by a chimney sweep company but I was impressed at all the different things the tech from althoff checked. Great service and worth it for safety and peace of mind.
