I can not speak highly enough of the services our family has continuously received from Althoff Home Services. We have had furnace, water heater, and just this week (during 115 heat index) AC replacement. Each and every time the service team has come out, they have been beyond professional AND so completely kind to our disabled daughter AND all our pets. Our Newfies (and cats) are always well received and love when the services people come to visit. Not much more to repair at our home - I'll have to explain that to the animals :-(
Althoff technicians are simply the best! Scott, Todd and Teo were exceptional to work with. The job was completed professionally and per the SOW/quote. The team was courteous and made it a point to keep me apprised of progress. I plan to use Althoff for all my future home service projects. Thank you!
It was just a plumbing inspection but the Althoff guy found a simple but serious problem with the water heater exhaust pipe- it could have caused a disastrous fire. He fixed it in minutes at no extra charge. Are we happy we had the inspection?!?!
Craig was on time and performed A/C maintenance. He was responsive to all of my questions.

Extremely pleased with responsive service. I was advised immediately that I could have a carbon monoxide leak in basement and that I needed it fixed that day. Representative was right and prevented a very serious issue. Thank you for being aware of our safety first!

Listen from start to finish everything and everyone at Althoff has been fantastic. Jeff,Brian and Rob were all fantastic. Those are just a few I met and delt with. I am sure more behind the scene.
