Fantastic experience at every touch point with the crew at Althoff. From the call for service, to Jim the service technician, to Jeff the sales technician, to Jose Way the repair technician I couldn't be happier. Jim discovered our heat exchanger had a crack and was overheating and tripping off our 30 yr old furnace. Reached out to Jeff the next morning and his team had a new furnace installed *same day* during this arctic blast (I had shut it off after our carbon monoxide alarm started blaring). Can't recommend them enough - be sure to reach out for any of your furnace needs.

I needed our Hot water heater replaced. Called at 7:00 am. Had an estimate by 9. Plumber was here at 1:30. Job was completed at 3:30. This was done a week ago when were hammered with a foot of snow. Job well done Althoff Home Services!!!

Just had a plumber out from Althoff In Crystal Lake, Matthew Allard. He was awesome! He worked so hard to fix my problems and was very honest. He wen out of his way to help me and it is so appreciated. Great company and great service! Highly recommend them for all your plumbing, heating, and electrical needs.
