Alex Petriak came to our home for our yearly Heating System checkup and installed our surge protector on our furnace. He found our igniter was scorched and we accepted the estimate to have it repaired. He is very professional and polite.

Josh Langley came out to our home and replace the igniter. He was very professional and polite. I asked if the water heater gets a checkup with our yearly maintenance agreement and he said they would check it with the A/C checkup. He checked the water softener and noticed it was low and put a bag of salt in the water softener.

We are very pleased with the HVAC team at Althoff Home Services and will continue to have your team maintain our equipment to keep it running smoothly.

I've been an Althoff customer for many years and have consistently received very timely, uniquely responsive, highly professional and most courteous service.
The latest routine check-up visit by Alex was no exception. Alex has been the reporting Service Technician at my home on more than one occasion and is always incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional, even when dealing with my yapping dogs! He definitely knows his way around the technology and performs the check-ups with timely efficiency.
Bottom line, Althoff and Alex provide me a sense of confidence and security. What more could I ask?
