Greg was the technician who came and sealed the lids on my sump pump and replaced corroded joints on some pipes. He explained the problems and what the remedy would be. When he was done he showed me what he did and explained it. He was friendly, completed the job very quickly, and extremely professional.
Tina in the office was the person who answered my call. She was VERY pleasant because I was trying to contact a different business and misdialed. I dialed again and was again connected to Altoff Industries. The number for the business I was trying to contact was listed incorrectly online. I was looking for a plumber and when Tina explained that Althoff could help me, I made the appointment. This was the best mistake I ever made.
