Today I called Althoff Industries for the very first time and spoke with Katrina, who set up an appointment for me for a second opinion regarding an HVAC problem in my condominium. Katrina was extremely competent, friendly and helpful - a refreshing change from experiences with many other service providers, which is why I was motivated to post this complimentary review.

Always happy with the services
I experienced the calamity of a failed sump and ejector pump which caused 2 feet of water to flood my finished basement. It sat there for six weeks while we were on vacation so the basement had to be gutted.
After the water was pumped out 4,000 gallons of it, the pumps and water heater were installed, by Althoff. Then the demolition could be completed. All of the sheetrock and installation was removed and it exposed the duct work. Althoff came back at that point to install the new furnace and found many openings in the duct work which they repaired and did not charge me over the quoted amount for the job.
The technicians, Dave and Brandon, were friendly and efficient and I was very pleased with their work. They tested the furnace and the A/C before they left and made sure I was satisfied with their work.
