We've used Althoff twice this year, once for our furnace and once for our AC. We had Matt both times as our technician. He is very professional and explains everything he's doing. We needed a part for our furnace which he was able to drive to another city to get and install that day. We never had another problem the entire winter season. The AC issue we thought we had happened on a Saturday. Althoff responded to our call quickly, they were great to deal with on the phone and get a technician lined up for us that day. Matt was out again expecting everything in and around the unit. Our issue ended up not being the AC. I would recommend using Althoff for your Furnace and AC needs. Thank You Matt!

Our service Technician, Craig Huso, was fantastic. Very thorough, professional, clean, and explained everything he did in a very easy manner enabling us to understand what the results achieved. He also explained in great detail enhancements we could do to improve our system using a cost benefit analysis approach. I would high recommend Althoff Industries and do all the time. Craig is a credit to Althoff Industries and his trade.
