Just had two polite men from Altoff at my house for an hour checking our furnace and water heater before the fall. They were awesome and I highly recommend them!!!
It depends on who you get,but good for the most part.
Great service, had an emergency , [sump pump went out}, they came within 2 to 3 hours of my call, really thought I would have to wait longer, great company, expensive but worth it!
Hats off to Mark. We have had Mark as our tech for several years. He is so professional, and courteous. He always explains what he is doing and what needs to be done. Always on time and seeing that unit is outside he always takes time to make sure he doesn't make a mess when he comes in the house. Great job Mark.
Great Tech, knowledgeable, helpful with what to do to improve my air flow, answered questions with no issues. Just Excellent all around. Definitely would use Altoff Industries again for A/C as well as other services.
