I had Althoff replace my water heater. The individual I spoke with from the office to schedule the appointment was friendly, professional and helpful in obtaining a preferred time. On the day of the appointment, Bob, the service technician, was on time and happy to follow the condo rules and regulations for the installation of the water heater. Bob was very professional, quick and did an excellent job on the installation and cleanup. I would highly recommend them.
Very considerate man. Also very knowledgeable. Got right to it. Explained everything ad he went and gave us updates and choices.

These guys are great. They came out on New Year's Eve. We had a water heater leak in the ceiling. They came out and fixed the situation

Our furnace failed during some very cold days, so we contacted Althoff. They'd done work for us in the past, and we found them to be very effective and responsive. The technician came out, and fortunately we didn't need to replace the furnace. He went over everything with us before and after the work, and we found him to be very attentive to details. He explained what he'd done, and he kept us informed during the process. I highly recommend Althoff for heating and cooling needs.
