Jim Richter performed a regular scheduled inspection and maintenance on my furnace. Jim was friendly, safe, and honest. He was willing to explain what he was doing as he worked so I could have a complete understanding. The service he provided was thorough and completed in a timely manner. It is nice to know I can count on Jim R. from Althoff to provide good, honest service for my HVAC & plumbing needs.
I have used Althoff for over 16 years at two different homes in the Chicago area. Always professional service, on-time, honest, trustworthy and fair pricing! I would not use anyone else for my mechanicals.
