We have never needed a plumber before. After reading reviews, we opted for Althoff. Carl came out on a Saturday and was there when he said he'd be there, to fix our clogged sink. He diagnosed the problem right away and quoted a price. He was professional as well as personable. Fixed a messy problem without leaving a mess. Would definitely use Althoff again if needed.
