They were able to get me in last minute when my air went out. They got the parts quicker than expected and they fixed it quickly. Ryne was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them.

Repairmen were very courteous. They explained what was needed for my AC and made the repair. They also explained what would be needed for an additional question I had about my unit.
Our air conditioning went out at 4:30 and a technician, Craig, was at our office at 5:30. Totally awesome response and by 5:45 our a/c was working again! We continue to be total fans of Althoff. Best wishes to them and to Craig.
Very pleased with the service and quality we have always received from Althoff's for all things electrical, plumbing and HVAC. The technician who repaired our AC was friendly, professional and on time. We won't call anyone but Althoff's. Period.

I recommend Althoff. They were recommended to me by a trusted neighbor. They sent me a competent plumber who was knowledgeable, experienced and fair. While family owned since 1961 as they assert, they are a rather big operation. Offering a variety of services related to heating, air conditioning and plumbing and more. And yet, they seem to have kept that intimate family type connection all while offering deep service capabilities. They are not super cheap; but, they are both fair and super competent.
Our service technician was such a delight!! Enthusiastic, courteous, thorough, and on time. We've never had a service tech that was such a pleasure -- we would have loved to invite him to stay for a cup of coffee. We're always happy with the service from Althoff -- but this young man is really special.
