I have used many HVAC companies is the Chicagoland area over the past 21 years. I was referred to Mr. Ritcher from Althoff Industries about 10 years ago and have been extremely pleased with Althoff's professional manner with the diagnosis, repair and customer service. Will never use any other HVAC Company as Althoff Industries is the BEST!
Fast friendly service from both the customer service rep on the phone to the technician that came to the house. Explained everything necessary for the repairs and for potential future issues with the hot water heater. The technician for the membership maintenance program was also friendly and explained everything in detail.
Every employee at Althoff's is pleasant as well as knowledgeable in their position from the gals on the phone to your technicians that come to our homes. I've used them for years, expensive BUT trustworthy and good with what they do. Always kind as well as friendly. Althoff seems to send different techs each season so they sort of check and confirm each others work. Always complimentary about the previous tech.
Mark Matheson is a fantastic Service Technician. Extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Was even great with our shelter dog! Jeff Miller did a great job getting Mark out to our house promptly. Kept us in the loop during the whole process.
Althoff employees are very trustworthy. Luckily I have not had to call for an emergency. They come out twice a year for heating and air - whoever comes - they are very kind and helpful. I would recommend Althoff's to everyone!

Rob and Corey did a fantastic job. Very professional pcked up after themselves made sure everything was clean and ship shape.
They were on time and did everything they promised. They also provided us with temporary heat.
The technician was able to diagnose my problem where as another heating company could. He explained everything so I could understand and was very nice. I highly recommend Althoff!
