When other companies put me on a waiting list, Altoff not only was at my house within the hour, but they validated my concerns of being without heat. Their technician drove an hour to get the part he needed, drove an hour back and installed it so I would not have to spend the weekend without heat in the middle of winter. I would say that is most definitely going the extra mile! This was my first time using their services but it won't be my last!
Mike is always professional and respectful during appointments. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and does not mind answering any questions I may have. Always a pleasure to see him as I feel I'm in good hands.
In a time when many businesses struggle to operate with the same efficiency as before, Althoff was punctual, efficient, courteous, and professional. The installers took care to protect the floors and took the time to explain details. Overall Althoff possesses all the pieces that make a business great. They would be at the top of my list for recommendation.
