As always, Craig was punctual, professional, courteous, efficient and informative! He took care of my regular HVAC maintenance and then came back to repair a hole in the vent lines discovered during a basement remodel.

Althoff did a great job performing service on my furnace and AC this past week. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful during the visit, and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the health and care of both units. Additionally, he provided me with recommendations on how to keep my equipment in good shape throughout the year to extend their lifespan. It was an overall pleasant experience, and I would recommend Althoff for their excellent service.
