The technician was very professional and showed profound knowledge of our HVAC system.
Althoff helped us replace our water heater during the coldest week of winter. We signed up to have them maintain our HVAC system afterward. They have done a fantastic job keeping our system in great shape and we highly recommend their service.
I was very pleased with the ease of scheduling, the promptness of the service people, the work done, and the time they took to explain my options. I am glad that I called them first and will call on their services again.
The service technicians are always friendly and polite. The are cautious and clean up after themselves. I also didn't feel like they were trying to find problems to fix. Two thumbs up.
