Brian went the extra mile. when he was leaving i mentioned i would go out with him as i had to get the mail from the box at the end of my driveway. . sfter we got outside he said it was icy and slick and he would get it for me. being retired and using a cane this was a great help
Todd is great. Service staff is always professional. Althoff really helping us keep my step mother in her house, lifesavers!
On Christmas Eve we discovered our water heater was leaking. Althoff was the only company in the area that actually answered the phone and responded to our situation. Carl Baker (the tech that came out) did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and efficient and was able to get our water heater replaced and up and running before our guests arrived. Not only did he do a great job, he was very kind and understanding. Thank you for a job well done!
12/23/22 Pre Christmas Eve, sub zero temperatures, hot water heater blows @ 4pm. Responded immediately and replaced Christmas Eve morning. Great communication.
