This was a routine maintenance call for our AC. The service tech, Justin, was excellent. He was prompt, courteous, friendly, neat and efficient. We could not have asked for a nicer person. Every point in our contact with Althoff was outstanding from making the appointment to scheduling and keeping us informed on the day of service. It is a pleasure dealing with a company that is so respectful of their customers. This is truly rare nowadays when dealing with many other companies.
They always come on time, call when they are 15 minutes away. Always clean up when done!
tech remembered being here before, did his work, made a recommendation future safety power surge protection, but was not pushing. Mark did a good job !
Service technicians are very knowledgeable and openly discuss problems areas so there are nor surprises

A technician came right out to fix my ac…I am very pleased with Althoff services.
Definitely would give them more stars if I could- excellent job- very professional. Was able to get my air conditioning up and running when other businesses failed- right before we had extreme temps. Friendly and very knowledgeable and willing to give great advice on taking care of my unit. Will definitely.. definitely recommend this company to my friends.
