Central air unit making concerning noise when running
Mark from Althoff came out and quickly diagnosed and remedied the problem. Very knowledgeable and accommodating HVAC technician. Since we have a Silver service membership the service cost was well within reasonable limits. Been with Althoff for HVAC annual maintenance service and system has operated flawlessly and always dependable for heating and cooling.
AC needed repair on first hot day of the year. Althoff squeezed us in on short notice. Repairman finished after 10 pm and saved the day for my 88 year old mother in law. I so appreciate pros like Craig who just want to help people. With a smile too.
The technician kept me informed with the steps he took to repair my hot water tank.
My tech Scott P. Was personable and thorough. I saw things being done that I hadn't seen other techs and companies do before. Hope he gets assigned to do the furnace maintenance this fall
