Black Diamond told us we had a CO leak through our cracked heating exchange, but didn't tell us exactly how bad it was, and shut our Furnace off. Althoff gave us a Free Second Opinion and sent a tech out within an hour to confirm the diagnosis. They found the levels of CO leaking to be miniscule, checked levels all over the house, and recommended some new CO monitors until we could replace the furnace. This brought our family peace of mind, while we shop for a new furnace

Jeff Miller was awesome and came out right away to give a quote and was able to schedule the new HVAC System on a day that worked for me. And the two technicians that installed the new HVAC were on time and professional and cleaned up when they were done.
All is well. New humidifier to be installed next week.
