Just had a plumber out from Althoff In Crystal Lake, Matthew Allard. He was awesome! He worked so hard to fix my problems and was very honest. He wen out of his way to help me and it is so appreciated. Great company and great service! Highly recommend them for all your plumbing, heating, and electrical needs. I have used all these services and am always happy with them! Give them a try when you need their services. You won't be sorry!

We have had great experiences with Althoff. We are part of their yearly service for our HVAC so they come out twice a year to ensure our units are functioning properly. Each time we've needed their services independent of their annual appointments, they've been on time, professional, and affordable. They know their stuff and have great communication! I definitely recommend them for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services.
Knowing you can call Althoff and they will respond almost immediately with professional and pleasant technicians is a comfort to me. Knowing that they come and make sure things are working properly makes is one less thing for me to worry about. Thanks Althoff.

Late Sunday evening I ended up with a malfunctioning thermostat with temps dropping for the night. I called Althoff to get emergency service. Although I got quoted an hour to an hour and a half, Craig was over in 20 mins! He quickly assessed the situation. Provided me well explained options. I was VERY happy that Althoff offered the Ecobee premium, which I had been looking at quickly on some google reviews. Upon selecting this option, Craig went quickly to work getting the new device installed, while having me set up the mobile app in parallel for control. Soon I had a brand new thermostat up and working, with ease of use on my mobile phone. This is my 2nd time using Althoff, with them replacing my AC a number of years ago. If you are in their service area, I'd strongly recommend using them.
