I first used this company in January of 2024 when my hot water heater blew on a terrible cold and snowy day. Althoff Home Services made the trek and installed the new heater when other companies would not due to inclement weather.
Today I had a tech out, Jesse Hernandez, and I cannot say enough about how genuine and professional this gentleman was. The first thing he did was pick up and carry inside a large package that I had at my front door. He gave me a great rate, and even some terrific advice for how to install a faucet that I had purchased to install after he finished his job.
If there is an Employee of the Month program or some other employee recognition program at Althoff, Jesse deserves it!
We will be using Althoff for all of our home service needs moving forward.

They are a little pricey but do excellent work and it's been worth peace of mind for me.
Althoff is very easy to work with, excellent customer service, knowledgeable and thoughtful. From making an appointment to being notified about coming arrival of technician to taking the time to patiently explain every aspect of work done/inspections completed. Great job! We have appreciated the value of their service plan, also.
Shawn did a great job installing our new air conditioner this week! He was very friendly, responsive, informative, and respectful of our home and property! He communicated throughout the entire process and gave us opportunities to ask questions if we had any. Great job Shawn and thank you for a job well done! It was also great to get to know you on a personal level!
Althoff is the best!
Rob did great work installing the water heater, above and beyond expectations. He updated the saddle connections with real valves and added an outlet for the anode. Very clean. Also removed an old water softener.
