Todd was candid and provided a lot of insight into a plumbing issue we had resulting from a botched job by the previous owner. He helped us fix our problem for a reasonable price. We will continue to use Althoff for our home servicing needs!

Althoff is very easy to work with, excellent customer service, knowledgeable and thoughtful. From making an appointment to being notified about coming arrival of technician to taking the time to patiently explain every aspect of work done/inspections completed. Great job! We have appreciated the value of their service plan, also.
