Our serviceman, Joe Scanlan, installed our Ring floodlight and help us sinc it with our existing Ring cameras. Very pleased with his work and he was a very nice man.

Judith Mayzel, The sister of David Mayzel, called in to tell us how amazing of a company we are. She said we are great for being there when our customers need us and that we answer the phone so quickly. She said both Todd Holmes and Michael Reihl were amazing. We are all so nice. She called her HVAC company that she normally uses and they didnt even answer her call or respond to her, I asked where she was located and she is by the United Center and I looked up the area she is in and let her know that we do service her area she said she will be switching her own service over. She asked how we get to be so good. She said we must have the best leadership. I forwarded the receipts for both appointments to let her know what was completed and she was amazed by our processes. The issue has not yet been resolved but she loves how we are handling things. Great Job Everyone!

We had a boiler that was installed in 1996 and it finally exhausted itself and decided it was time to retire. Who could blame it? Let me tell you there are not many companies out there fixing old boilers in McHenry. Our technician was over the top fantastic! He explained everything. In incredible detail. He also gave me every option available. Althoff sent emails to us before each technician arrived with a picture of the technician/estimator and a bio about them. I don't know about you, but I thought that was pretty fabulous. We had 4 employee's at our home over the course of two days and they were like family. So respectful of our home and floors - they took great care to leave everything in better shape when they left. They were kind, respectful and over the top knowledgeable. We know have a new high efficiency boiler and all new thermostats. They will be the only ones servicing our home going forward. We highly recommend them! Tim & Sherri Byers
Fantastic experience at every touch point with the crew at Althoff. From the call for service, to Jim the service technician, to Jeff the sales technician, to Jose Way the repair technician I couldn't be happier. Jim discovered our heat exchanger had a crack and was overheating and tripping off our 30 yr old furnace. Reached out to Jeff the next morning and his team had a new furnace installed *same day* during this arctic blast (I had shut it off after our carbon monoxide alarm started blaring). Can't recommend them enough - be sure to reach out for any of your furnace needs.

I needed our Hot water heater replaced. Called at 7:00 am. Had an estimate by 9. Plumber was here at 1:30. Job was completed at 3:30. This was done a week ago when were hammered with a foot of snow. Job well done Althoff Home Services!!!
The team at Althoff was extremely professional and friendly. They did a terrific job. From initial calls to final install, the team was courteous and punctual with every visit.
