From Scheduling my appointment with Jessica, to meeting with Jeff from sale, to the installation every one at Althoff home services was great. I was told that they would be at my house at 8AM and they were there a few before 8. which was a pleasant surprise. prior places we have used have never been this punctual. definitely recommend them.
We recently contacted Althoff because our basement ejector pump was not working. We were put on the schedule for that same day. When the technician, Matthew Allard was on the way, I received a text which included his name, a brief bio, and his picture. I really appreciate this particular safety feature.
Matthew came in, and thoroughly assessed our particular plumbing setup, listened to the symptoms of the issue, and went to work. As we hoped wouldn't be the case, our old pump was shot. Fortunately, we were able to get the pump replaced that day.
I cannot say enough good things about Althoff Home Service, and Matthew Allard, specifically. I tend to ask a lot of questions about how things work, and why certain things are done. Matthew was was very patient and answered my questions. He thoroughly explained how the system worked, and what to expect from the electronic float control that was installed, as we previously did not have one.
We will definitely trust Althoff with our future HVAC and Plumbing needs, and recommend the company to any one needing this type of service.

Once again Althoff was outstanding job from the moment I spoke to the main office to the technician who came to our house. We had service in the same day and was very happy with the outcome.
We had a 20+ year old furnace replaced. Althoff Industries sent a Comfort Specialist (Gil Pena) to calculate what would be best for our home. He quoted us on several replacement options at a very competitive price, not so with two other companies. Althoff Industries showed up on-time. Very professional service tech. Explained all the how's and why's. Great job! We will use them first for all our heating, plumbing and electrical services.

The man sent from Althoff was prompt and professional. He was there within a couple hours after my "after-hours" call to replace my water heater. He was knowledgeable and went over my options. He had the new water heater installed within a couple hours. I was very pleased with his work.
Thanks to installer Shawn for a job well done! He was very meticulous and I appreciate the time he spent installing our new Trane furnace and AC. Looking forward to see how much money these 18 seer AC units save over our 20 year old Lennox units.
