Just had a plumber out from Althoff In Crystal Lake, Matthew Allard. He was awesome! He worked so hard to fix my problems and was very honest. He wen out of his way to help me and it is so appreciated. Great company and great service! Highly recommend them for all your plumbing, heating, and electrical needs. We have had great experiences with Althoff. We are part of their yearly service for our HVAC so they come out twice a year to ensure our units are functioning properly. Each time we've needed their services independent of their annual appointments, they've been on time, professional, and affordable. They know their stuff and have great communication! I definitely recommend them for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services.
