Routine seasonal AC system checkup. Technician was professional and courteous. Checked everything and answered all of my questions. This company is competent from top to bottom, from the first point of contact,down to the guy that shows up. Very pleased, and would recommend!

Jim from Althoff did our maintenance on the AC . He was fantastic, explained everything about maintenance and systems operation. He was transparent with his findings and recommendations. I did not feel like we were being upsold. We will use Althoff going forward.

We obtained quotes for a heat pump and furnace from 4 highly rated firms. Althoff stood out, and lived up to our high expectations when the work was completed. Ryan Burke provided the quote; He listened to everything we had to say, did detailed heat load calculations to accurately size the equipment, provided a competitive price and was incredibly knowledgeable & polite. Bob & Victor performed the installation, which was challenging given our desire to install a fresh air ventilator. They, too, were very professional. Their work was neat and very thorough, and completed on budget & on time. Nicely done, Althoff team!
