Excellent service and provided good explanations.
They arrived on scheduled time, even a little early (not a problem) Got to work and made repairs, the Plumber needed to make a parts run for one part(it was a specific part for our toilet. Returned Quickly and finished repairs sooner than I thought it might take longer than it actually did.
I had an excellent experience with Althoff Industries! From the moment I called to the completion of the service, everything was seamless. They provided same-day service, which was a huge relief. The technician, Jim Richter, was polite, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond by not only servicing my furnace but also replacing my thermostat. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their work and customer service! Highly recommend this company.
