Scott was the technician, and he was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. I especially appreciative of the explanation through every step he completed. He is a top notch employee, and I would ask for him again. You are lucky to have such a wonderful employee who cares about doing the best job ever.
The service rep, Brian was good, efficient, and friendly. He fixed the problem quickly. We were pleased but the quick response to our call and the fix.

Jim Richter performed a regular scheduled inspection and maintenance on my furnace. Jim was friendly, safe, and honest. He was willing to explain what he was doing as he worked so I could have a complete understanding. The service he provided was thorough and completed in a timely manner. It is nice to know I can count on Jim R. from Althoff to provide good, honest service for my HVAC & plumbing needs.
