The service was completed and my air conditioning was restored. I had a problem with the service man who is very very rude to me and I do not want him back again. I have been with Althoff for over 30 years and have never had this experience before. I was very upset.
Very professional and knowledgeable, I've had multiple techs over for ac and heating and every one was great. I had a new ac installed through them and annual maintenance included can't say a bad thing about them
