So they were contracted as a vendor for my building that hadn't updated most of their HVAC systems in 20+ years. The company was communicative on the products and what was available for installation. The employees that actually did the installation were very smooth, it took a about a work day. They also have financing options available out to 18 months with 0% interest. Obviously replacing systems is expensive but everything was communicated and executed well.
After our aged whole house A/C system died, Althoff sent a representative (Jeff) the next day. Within days, a courteous team (Rob and Danny) workd in the sweltering heat of our attic all day to install a new system--whcih works perfectly. we are delighted with this company.
I have been using Althoff for years now. They have been doing maintenance on both the heating and cooling systems in the past three houses I have lived in. Through all those years they have been great. The technicians are helpful, prompt, and very friendly. I highly recommend them.
Althoff just make me feel confident when I need a repair, especially when it's a costly one. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and their work always exceeds expectations. I am and will be a returning customer!
I had a clogged sewer and it backed up into the laundry room. Within 2 hours of calling them the technician was at the house. Three other places I called had a wait time of three days
Even after I explained we couldn't run any water in the house.
Carl, the technician did a great job , cleared the sewer pipe , explained everything he did, and cleaned up the place like it never happened.

This was a routine maintenance call for our AC. The service tech, Justin, was excellent. He was prompt, courteous, friendly, neat and efficient. We could not have asked for a nicer person. Every point in our contact with Althoff was outstanding from making the appointment to scheduling and keeping us informed on the day of service. It is a pleasure dealing with a company that is so respectful of their customers. This is truly rare nowadays when dealing with many other companies.
