I had an excellent experience with Althoff Industries! From the moment I called to the completion of the service, everything was seamless. They provided same-day service, which was a huge relief. The technician, Jim Richter, was polite, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond by not only servicing my furnace but also replacing my thermostat. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their work and customer service! Highly recommend this company.

We have used Althoff across several different systems in our home and they have been great to work with. Highly responsive. Most of the technicians have been great, but David Ciechanowski has been excellent.
Plumber Michael Bombick did an awesome job scoping and rodding for us in Palatine when tree roots caused a back up. He was knowledgeable and a complete professional. He earned our trust and we'll be asking for him on future calls!
Athoff is reliable for HVAC and Plumbing Services. It is a 24/7 company. They are available in case of emergency. Althoff employs experts in the field who are knowledgeable about the work they perform. We have worked with Althoff for over 6 years. They do awesome job.
