I experienced the calamity of a failed sump and ejector pump which caused 2 feet of water to flood my finished basement. It sat there for six weeks while we were on vacation so the basement had to be gutted.
After the water was pumped out 4,000 gallons of it, the pumps and water heater were installed, by Althoff. Then the demolition could be completed. All of the sheetrock and installation was removed and it exposed the duct work. Althoff came back at that point to install the new furnace and found many openings in the duct work which they repaired and did not charge me over the quoted amount for the job.
The technicians, Dave and Brandon, were friendly and efficient and I was very pleased with their work. They tested the furnace and the A/C before they left and made sure I was satisfied with their work.

Jim R. came to our house for a precision tune-up and professional cleaning of our A/C unit. He was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond our expectations! He made great suggestions and installed pipework in order to optimize our system's performance. We have also worked with Althoff previously in regards to a toilet installation that I won from them, and that went very smoothly as well. I look forward to the benefits of our new Silver Membership and working with Althoff in the future! I enthusiastically recommend them!

This is truly a professional company. Ryan delved into the situation with my air handler and found the issue - and not an easy one. A small wire was incorrectly set. I would highly recommend.
In the past four months Althoff personnel have installed a new furnace and A/C, checked out a strange odor, and installed a new sump pump AND battery back-up sump pump. All jobs have been performed by courteous professionals who arrive in a timely manner and who know what they are doing. I am 100% sold on Althoff, and expect to continue to use their services for as long as I am a homeowner.
Now it is May 2019, and we have been thrilled to have been served by Bethany on the phone, Tom K. via phone and email to help us get the right toilet and faucet, and Carl B. in our home, doing a masterful job of installing both items. WEe could not be happier.
This place is amazing! One stop shopping! If you call, ask for Katrina. I think she is the best service rep I have ever dealt with, very thorough, extremely nice and very professional! And it doesn't stop there...it's just the beginning. The various tech guys that come out have been great. I have had all my electric, plumbing and HVAC taken care of by this company.
