Just had Althoff Industries out to replace our AC/Furnace. I can easily say I made the best choice going with this company. After shopping around for different quotes from 4 different places these guys were not only able to give the best price, but delivered in every aspect of the process from start to finish. First Jeff came out to sit down and talk to me about what our needs were and he was completely knowledgeable and straight forward while recommending the perfect equipment for our size home. After reviewing the four companies with my wife we decided to go with Althoff and I called Jeff to set up the install on a day that worked perfect for me.
Today the day of the install Dave and Tyler showed up promptly on time right at 750AM ready to do the job. These guys were fantastic!! Very organized with great attitudes and work ethic, very personable and knowledgeable and didn't mind me asking question throughout some of the process so I could learn a few little things myself lol. They finished the job in no time at all it seemed. They had put the AC/ Furnace, new whole home humidifier, ran new flue piping, installed new condenser pad, new Ecobee thermostat and everything else they needed to do to replace our 35 year old system and explained how everything worked and what maintenance to do going forward and were out the door by 3PM. What better experience can you really ask for.
Bottom line is if you are in the market for a new HVAC system (or any of the services they offer for that matter) this is the company to call. Very professional and the best experience you will get. I will be sure going forward to recommend Althoff Industries to anyone as far as HVAC services go. Now excuse me as I enjoy my AC finally after not having it all summer haha.

Althoff designed and installed our whole heating and air-conditioning system more than 25 yrs ago and continue to take care of it- and we have even used them from plumbing nad electrical jobs as well as the years have gone by. their service is always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable..
