This was the second time my wife and I used Althoff Industries; always a wow factor from top to bottom with their staff! I can personally say they under promise and over deliver! As someone in Sales this level of service is a rare breed in today's world! From the ownership-Tod Althoff, field rep manager-Blake, to the amazing residential field supervisor Jim Richter it's truly a privilege to do business with them! They worth every penny, once again my wife and I are 100 satisfied! Given the past 24-36 hours with the worse weather ever in history of Chicago this company deserves every one of these 5 stars! Jim came out after hours and during the worse case weather conditions! I'll forever promote Althoff Industries! Do business with them you won't regret it! We love them all! Thank you to their entire team; especially Blake & Jim! Thx to Jim we won't freeze our tails off tonight; unbelievable service!!!

Mark came out to check my furnace. He was on time, friendly, and knew what he was talking about! He took the time to explain everything in detail to me and answered all my questions. Wonderful job!
