What YOU GIVE/Responsibilities:

• Help us continue to grow our contracting business, provide amazing service, and more awesome jobs for our community.
• Maintain standard call volume laid out in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Answering incoming phone calls from current and potential customers at a high level.
• Scheduling service requests, return trips and coordinating time slots for field technicians.
• Outbound calling whenever inbound call volume is low to maximize opportunities.
• Presenting customer repair and replacement quotations professionally and efficiently.
• Utilizing all resources available, and creatively, to respond urgently to both customer and in-office requests.
• Assist in hitting company and department KPIs.
• Solve customer concerns to the best of ability, involving management when needed.
• Advocate for the customer and for Althoff.

• Minimum of high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Previous customer service experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Experience with common office hardware and software (Microsoft Office products).

Position Details:

• Full Time, in office position located in Crystal Lake, IL.
• Schedule includes 40 hours Monday through Friday, with overtime Saturdays on a rotating basis.
• Hourly pay starting at $19 per hour (based on experience).
