  • Lifetime repair warranty is null/void if membership is allowed to expire at any time. Any lapse in membership coverage will result in all repairs defaulting to the standard 1 year warranty.
  • Lifetime warranty applies only to the specific component replaced as long as parts are available. Althoff Home Services is not responsible for warranty of obsolete or unavailable parts.
  • LIFETIME REPAIR WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
  • EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT (I.E. FURNACE, BOILER, CONDENSING UNIT, WATER HEATER, ETC.), FIXTURE REPLACEMENT (I.E. TOILETS, FAUCETS, LIGHTS, ETC.), CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PARTS, FURNACE HEAT EXCHANGERS, COMPRESSORS, EVAPORATOR COILS, BOILER SECTIONS AND HEAT EXCHANGERS, REFRIGERANT LEAKS, FUSES, CIRCUIT BREAKERS, SURGE PROTECTORS, MAINTENANCE/DISPOSABLE ITEMS (I.E. FILTERS, PADS, BULBS); REPAIRS REQUIRED DUE TO FIRE, FLOODS, FREEZE UP OR ANY OTHER ACTS OF NATURE (I.E. INSECTS, RODENTS); LIGHTNING, BROWN OUTS, BLACKOUTS OR SURGES FROM ELECTRICAL ENTITY; PROBLEMS RESULTING FROM INADEQUATE NATURAL GAS OR PROPANE SUPPLY OR PRESSURE; PROBLEMS RESULTING FROM BROKEN OR DETERIORATED WATER PIPING,DUCTWORK OR WIRING; FAILURE RESULTING FROM POOR WATER QUALITY, RODDING OF ANY KIND, ANODE RODS
  • After Hours Fee Schedule for Gold Club Members: Service calls received between 5:00 PM and 7:00 AM on weekdays, all day Saturday, Sunday & Holidays will incur an after-hours fee. This fee does not apply to pre-scheduled precision tune-up appointments. Service calls requested after normal business hours will result in an after-hours fee.
  • Cancellation Policy: In the event membership is terminated by Althoff Home Services or the customer, return of original payment for customers not utilizing monthly payments shall be based on 90 percent of the unearned pro-rata payment, less any benefits (discounts and maintenances) provided by us. Customers utilizing monthly payment benefit will be responsible for benefits (discounts and maintenances) received or balance of membership owed, whichever is the lesser of the two.
  • Customers opting to use the monthly payment benefit of the membership will be invoiced the remaining balance at any time the credit card on file is unable to be processed for payment.
  • Memberships will automatically renew annually and credit card on file will be charged.
  • Service Fee is only applied to repairs when repairs are done during normal business hours.
  • Major equipment credit can be used once per calendar year.
  • (1) Inspection per Heating Season, (1) Inspection per Cooling Season, (1) Plumbing Inspection Annually
    • Heating Season ~ September 1st - March 31st
    • Cooling Season ~ April 15th – August 31st
    • Plumbing Inspection is done annually throughout the year.
    • Maintenances will be done between the hours of 8am and 4pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Specific technician requests can be made but are not guaranteed.
  • Parking Fees are chargeable where applicable.
  • Payment of the enrollment fee authorizes Althoff Home Services to charge the monthly fee listed on this form to the credit card provided at time of enrollment on a monthly basis beginning the first day of the month following the enrollment date. Customer also agrees today’s enrollment fee will be charged immediately upon acceptance of this membership. The membership will continue until cancelled by either the customer or Althoff Industries.
  • Reward points are only available to White Glove Club members. Reward points have no cash value and will be forfeited upon cancellation or lapse in membership due to non-renewal.
