very professional service. each person who came to do work, from, emergency call, to new install, to startup, were extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Glad to have them as my go-to provider for HVAC requirements.

I first used this company in January of 2024 when my hot water heater blew on a terrible cold and snowy day. Althoff Home Services made the trek and installed the new heater when other companies would not due to inclement weather.
Today I had a tech out, Jesse Hernandez, and I cannot say enough about how genuine and professional this gentleman was. The first thing he did was pick up and carry inside a large package that I had at my front door. He gave me a great rate, and even some terrific advice for how to install a faucet that I had purchased to install after he finished his job.
If there is an Employee of the Month program or some other employee recognition program at Althoff, Jesse deserves it!
We will be using Althoff for all of our home service needs moving forward.

They are a little pricey but do excellent work and it's been worth peace of mind for me.
