MEDICAL and HOSPITALIZATION
Our self insured plan offers 100% coverage after $1,575 (individual) or $3,375
(family) deductible, up to a
lifetime maximum of $1 million. You are NOT restricted like a HMO/PPO.
Employee coverage is provided at no cost to you and a minimal pre-tax
deduction for dependent coverage. We offer Health Savings Accounts as
part of our benefit.
LIFE INSURANCE
Coverage is provided at $50,000 for employees.
SHORT-TERM DISABILITY
Receive one week of disability pay for each year of service.
